NDIS Register Behaviour Support Practitioner
Ethical | Person-Centred | Evidence Based
I’m Nadia Kasa, a Registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner providing Behaviour Support services to individuals with disability and their families.
I work under professional supervision and in alignment with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission framework. My role involves supporting participants who experience behaviours of concern, with a focus on improving quality of life, reducing distress, and minimising the use of restrictive practices.
My work centres on understanding each person within the context of their daily life, including their environment, relationships, and individual needs. I work closely with participants, families, carers, educators, and support teams to develop practical and respectful behaviour support strategies that promote safety, dignity, and meaningful participation across home, school, and community settings.
I am committed to ethical, person-centred, and evidence-based practice, and I value collaboration, transparency, and respect in all aspects of my work.
